Water Treatment Plant (WTP)

Water Filtration System

A Water Filtration System is designed to remove suspended particles, turbidity, chlorine, sediments, and other impurities from raw water. These systems are widely used for drinking water, irrigation, commercial facilities, and industrial processes to ensure safe and clean water supply.

There are different types of filtration technologies available, each suitable for specific water conditions:

Types of Water Filtration Systems

Reverse Osmosis (RO) System
RO systems use a semi-permeable membrane to remove dissolved salts, bacteria, viruses, and harmful contaminants. They are highly effective but may require regular maintenance and energy.

Distillation System
Distillation purifies water by boiling it into steam and condensing it back into liquid form. This process removes most impurities but consumes more energy.

Activated Carbon Filtration
Carbon filters remove chlorine, bad odor, taste, and certain chemicals. They are ideal for improving water quality but may not remove dissolved salts.

Ultrafiltration (UF)
UF systems remove bacteria, viruses, and fine particles through membrane filtration while retaining essential minerals.

Water Softener

A Water Softener System removes hardness-causing minerals like calcium and magnesium from water. Hard water can lead to scaling, reduced appliance efficiency, and skin irritation.

Problems Caused by Hard Water:
  • Scale buildup on pipes and fittings

  • Reduced efficiency of boilers and appliances

  • Soap scum formation

  • Dry skin and dull hair

How It Works:

Water softeners use an ion exchange process, where calcium and magnesium ions are replaced with sodium ions using resin beads.

Types of Water Softeners:
  • Salt-Based Softener – Uses brine solution for regeneration and provides effective hardness removal.

  • Salt-Free Softener – Uses alternative methods but is generally less effective than salt-based systems.

Iron Removal System

An Iron Removal System eliminates excess iron from water, especially in borewell and groundwater supplies.

Issues Caused by Iron:
  • Rust-colored stains

  • Metallic taste

  • Pipe clogging

  • Damage to appliances

Types of Iron in Water:
  • Ferrous Iron (Dissolved & Invisible)

  • Ferric Iron (Oxidized & Causes Stains)

Treatment Methods:
  • Oxidation Filters (using manganese dioxide media)

  • Ion Exchange Systems

  • Reverse Osmosis Systems

These systems convert dissolved iron into filterable form and remove it effectively.

Ultra Filtration (UF) System

Ultrafiltration (UF) is an advanced membrane filtration technology that removes bacteria, viruses, parasites, and suspended solids while allowing minerals to pass through.

How UF Works:
  • Raw water is pressurized

  • Water passes through a membrane with microscopic pores

  • Contaminants are retained

  • Clean water (permeate) is collected

Applications:
  • Drinking water purification

  • Wastewater treatment

  • Food & beverage processing

  • Pharmaceutical manufacturing

UF systems require no chemicals and provide safe, hygienic water.

Reverse Osmosis Plant (RO Plant)

We are a leading manufacturer and supplier of Industrial and Commercial RO Plants across India. Reverse Osmosis is a highly effective water purification technology that removes dissolved salts, heavy metals, bacteria, chemicals, and harmful impurities.

Our RO systems are designed for high performance, durability, and efficiency.

Features of Our RO Plant:
  • Produces pure and safe water

  • Fully automatic operation

  • Compact and modular design

  • PVC / Stainless Steel construction

  • Approved and tested components

  • Low maintenance & energy-efficient

  • Quick installation and reliable service

Applications:
  • Boiler feed water

  • Drinking water supply

  • Food & beverage processing

  • Pharmaceutical industry

  • Marine applications

  • Industrial machinery

Demineralization (DM) Plant

A Demineralization (DM) Plant, also known as Deionization (DI) Plant, removes dissolved salts and minerals from water to produce high-purity water.

Process:

DM plants use Ion Exchange Technology where:

  • Cations (Calcium, Magnesium, Sodium) are replaced with Hydrogen (H+) ions

  • Anions (Chloride, Sulphate, Nitrate) are replaced with Hydroxide (OH-) ions

The result is highly purified water suitable for industrial applications.

Applications:
  • Pharmaceutical Industry

  • Power Plants

  • High Pressure Boilers

  • Laboratories

  • Electroplating Units

  • Food & Beverage Industry

  • Hospitals & Hotels

Pre-Treatment Plant

A Pre-Treatment Plant prepares raw water before it enters RO, DM, or other advanced systems. It removes suspended solids, hardness, chlorine, and impurities to protect the main treatment system.

Includes:
  • Sand Filtration

  • Activated Carbon Filtration

  • Water Softening

  • Chemical Dosing

  • pH Correction

Pre-treatment improves efficiency, reduces fouling, and increases system lifespan.

Micro-Filtration System

Micro-Filtration (MF) uses a fine membrane barrier to remove suspended solids, bacteria, and larger particles from water.

Benefits:
  • Improves water clarity

  • Reduces turbidity

  • Protects downstream RO systems

  • Reduces chemical usage

Applications:
  • Municipal water treatment

  • Industrial pre-treatment

  • Wastewater treatment

  • Swimming pool filtration

  • Food & beverage processing
